«Mtex management» LLP is a single management company for the largest sports and cultural facilities in Astana.
The company manages «Barys-Arena» Multifunctional Ice Palace, «Alau» Ice Palace, «Astana-Arena» Sports Complex.
The head office is located at 57 Turan Ave., «Barys-Arena» building.
The main goals of «Мtex management» LLP:
a) efficient use of communal property and improving the quality of facility management,
b) commercialization of facilities,
c) implementation of socially significant projects for residents and guests of the capital,
d) flexible pricing policy and provision of benefits for socially vulnerable segments of the population of Nur-Sultan city.

«Barys-Arena» MIP is a multifunctional ice palace commissioned on August 8, 2015.
The ice arena has a capacity of about 12,000 spectators and can be transformed into a venue for various events in a short time. The total area of the palace is 86,000 m².
Since its opening, the sports complex has become the home arena of «Barys» Hockey Club.
Also, «Barys Arena Pool» – a swimming pool that meets Olympic standards – functions in the building of «Barys-Arena».
«Astana-Arena» sports complex is the central stadium of the country with a capacity of up to 30,000 football fans. It has a movable roof system at its disposal, and also an artificial field and premises adapted to host matches of world significance. The complex is named after the city in which it was built – «Astana-Arena».
Several sports teams can call this building «theirs» at once: the Kazakhstan national football team, the Kazakhstan women’s national football team, «Astana» FC (the current champion of the Republic of Kazakhstan), «Baiterek» FC, the youth national football team of Kazakhstan.
«Alau» is a world-class ice palace equipped with state-of-the-art equipment that allows creating «fast ice». Due to its unique architecture and location, «Alau» is rightfully considered to be an attraction and the sports gate of the capital.
The heart of the palace is the ice arena consisting of a 400-meter ice track with stands for 7,462 seats, two hockey courts, a jury hall, a press conference hall, and twelve dressing rooms for athletes.
Construction was completed in 2010, and in 2011 the palace hosted the 7th Asian Winter Games.
According to the results of the competition, the sports complex took the 6th place (out of 641 possible) in the world ranking of speed skating stadiums; and in 2019 it was recognized to be the most beautiful indoor ice rink in the world according to the Dutch media outlet Shaatsen.nl.
The palace is intended for training and competitions in speed skating, short track speed skating, hockey, curling, figure skating.
